Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch area of low pressure will cross central Quebec, with its cold front dropping southward across the lake tonight into early Friday morning. An expansive area of high pressure centered over the Upper Great Lakes Friday night will slowly cross Lake Ontario Saturday and Sunday.
