Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... A 29.6 inch low will move to central Quebec by tonight and in the process push a cold front across the lake. A 30.3 inch high over the Upper Mississippi valley Sunday afternoon will build east arriving across the Upper Great Lakes by Sunday night. It will then continue its eastward trek arriving across central Michigan on Monday and finally the Lower Lakes Monday night. The high will then cross New england on Tuesday before moving off the East coast Tuesday night and Wednesday.
