For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch low over the Upper Great Lakes will push
a frontal boundary northward to the Quebec border by daybreak
today. The low will deepen to 29.4 inches throughout the rest of
today while passing to the north of the lake. A cold front will
move across the region late this afternoon and evening. A 30.0
inch high centered over the Ohio Valley on Monday will extend
northwards across the Great Lakes. The axis of the high pressure
will cross the lake Monday night and Tuesday. The next cold front
will then cross the lake Wednesday. Another 30.0 inch high will
then build across the central Great Lakes and into the lower Lakes
Thursday.

20 knots. Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms through
early afternoon, then a chance of showers late. Some
thunderstorms may produce gusty winds through early afternoon.
Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet.
.TONIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest. A chance
of showers early. A chance of showers late. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west and
diminishing to 5 to 10 knots. A chance of showers. Waves 2 to
4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...West winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.TUESDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots. A chance of showers
Tuesday night. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northwest. A
chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northeast. Waves
2 feet or less.
