.DISCUSSION...
Mainly weak west winds are expected for the overnight period
tonight, except for gusts up to 15 mph over the ridges early this
evening. Humidity recoveries will be poor tonight, peaking near or
below 25 percent, and closer to 20 percent Tuesday night. Minimum
humidities are expected to fall into the lower teens on Tuesday, as
weak northeast winds affect the area Tuesday morning into the early
afternoon hours. Winds will shift to the south Tuesday afternoon
into the evening, with peak gusts around 15 mph. High temperatures
in the lower to mid 90s will bring high mixing heights to the fire
location, with potential for plume dominated fire behavior.
