...The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Illinois
and Missouri...

  Mississippi River at Quincy.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Quincy.

* WHEN...From late Monday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Garages beneath raised homes along
  Bonansinga Drive will begin flooding near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Tuesday morning and continue rising to 19.4 feet
    Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
