No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms return to the forecast late
Saturday and Sunday, as a new cold front moves through the state.
A few strong storms cannot be ruled out. After a brief respite
from the oppressive heat on Monday, high pressure aloft will
regain control over the Mid-South with hot and humid weather
returning thereafter.
