...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WEAKLEY...
NORTHEASTERN DYER...NORTHWESTERN GIBSON...OBION AND SOUTHEASTERN LAKE
COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM CDT...

At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Troy, or 8 miles west of Union City, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Martin, Union City, Fulton, South Fulton, Troy, Kenton, Rutherford,
Obion, Clayton, Cloverdale, Trimble, Hornbeak, Woodland Mills, Rives,
Samburg, Cat Corner, Locust Grove, Shaffner, Elbridge, and Terrell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
