.DISCUSSION...The air mass will remain dry and stable, at least
through Friday. Winds will become calm overnight into early
Thursday morning. It will be several degrees cooler Thursday as an
upper moves inland over Washington. This pattern will also bring
a typical, breezy, gusty north to northwest wind for the afternoon
and evening. Winds weaken again late Thursday night, then weak
high pressure builds in with a warming trend Friday into Saturday.
Winds will be unusually weak on Friday, but direction could be
variable, with any upslope influence likely to dominate. An
afternoon of typically breezy west to northwest winds is likely
for Saturday.
