...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Minnesota and Wisconsin...

  Mississippi River at Red Wing affecting Pierce, Goodhue and Pepin
  Counties.

.Updated the warning to cover an earlier than previously forecasted
rise into minor flood stage based on recent observations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Red Wing.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Red Wing Milling Company may experience
  basement flooding and begin pumping.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1215 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 13.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 15.7 feet
    early Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.8 feet on 04/01/2019.
