.Small creeks and streams continue to run high. There is a potential
of additional heavy rainfall expected this evening. The Flood
Warning remains into Tuesday morning.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Minnesota, including the
  following counties, Faribault, Freeborn and Martin.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several
  hours for all the water from these storms to work through local
  drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 106 PM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding
    across the warned area.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Albert Lea, Fairmont, Blue Earth, Wells, Winnebago, Sherburn,
    Truman, Trimont, Clarks Grove, Minnesota Lake, Welcome,
    Elmore, Alden, Glenville, Geneva, Emmons, Ceylon, Bricelyn,
    Hartland and London.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
