FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
448 AM EDT Thu Jun 20 2024

.DISCUSSION:

Frequent chances for rain throughout the forecast period will
continue to keep fire weather concerns low. Most of the area will
start off dry this morning, but a few showers will be possible
through the afternoon. Temperatures peak in the 60s to lower 70s
with light NE winds today; RH only falls back as far as the lower
to mid 40s away from the Great Lakes. Chances for rain increase
into Friday, particularly along the WI border. Winds remain light
Friday, but pick up out of the south for Saturday. However, more
rain is on the way for Saturday, when heavy rainfall accumulations
will be possible once again.
