...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Near average temperatures continue today and tomorrow. The marine
layer expansion continues, allowing for improved RH recovery and
retentions across much of the area. Expect a warming trend for for
the second half of the weekend and into the next work week. Drier
conditions and well above average temperatures are expected on
Monday, but with good cooling and fair humidity recoveries expected
that night. Tuesday starts off the next cooling trend with some
improvements in humidity as well.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Warmer and drier conditions will gradually build into the weekend.
Expect wind gusts along the coast topping out at 25-35 mph from the
northwest along the coast this afternoon. Gusty offshore
northeasterly flow from 25 to 35 mph is expected to developed over
the higher terrain in zones 203 and 204, followed by zone 264 late
in the evening. Good to moderate overnight RH recoveries from 50 to
75 percent, with poor recoveries values from 30 to 40 percent over
the higher terrain in Del Norte, northeastern Humboldt and eastern
Lake. Gusty offshore winds and low RH values will promote elevated
to locally critical fire weather conditions in zones 203, 204 and
264. Drier and warmer temperatures will continue this weekend, with
interior hot temperatures early next week.
