This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

.Heat...
Another hot and humid day is expected with heat index values
reaching near 110 degrees across central and eastern Oklahoma and
portions of north central Texas and an Excessive Heat Warning is
in effect. Farther west in north Texas and western Oklahoma, heat
index values are still expected to be between 103 and 108 and a
Heat Advisory is in effect for these areas.

.Thunderstorms...
There is a marginal risk of thunderstorms late this afternoon into
early Sunday morning across northern and central Oklahoma, mainly
near and north of a line from Mangum to Pauls Valley and Ada. The
primary hazard will be winds greater than 60 mph with a secondary
hazard of hail up to the size of golf balls.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday...

.Heat...
Hot weather will continue across north Texas and southern Oklahoma
for the next few days. While temperatures across northern and
central Oklahoma may not be as hot on Sunday, the heat will return
to these areas on Monday and continue into the week.

.Thunderstorms...
The chance of thunderstorms will continue Sunday as a cold front
remains across the area. There are low chances of storms across
northern Oklahoma Tuesday night through Thursday, with somewhat
higher chances of rain across most of the area Thursday night and
Friday.
