...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Seminole, northern
Pontotoc, southwestern Pottawatomie and Hughes Counties through 145
AM CDT...

At 100 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles west of Brooksville to 4 miles
southeast of Seminole to near Bearden. Movement was southeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Seminole, Tecumseh, Holdenville, Wewoka, Konawa, Wetumka, Byng, Maud,
Bowlegs, Asher, Tribbey, Calvin, Cromwell, Lamar, St. Louis, Sasakwa,
Horntown, Yeager, Atwood, and Brooksville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
