The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Upper Delaware Bay...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 843 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm east of
  Northeast River, moving northeast at 40 knots. This storm recently
  produced a 51 kt wind gust along the Chesapeake Bay shore.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pea Patch Island, Stony Point, and Reedy Point.
