  but remain well above seasonal averages.

* Dry conditions prevail with minimum RH near 15-20% each afternoon
  with marginal overnight RH recoveries.

* Breezy south-southeast winds will diminish tonight, and become
  mainly light. Otherwise, light mainly terrain-driven breezes
  expected through Monday.
