.DISCUSSION...

* Gusty west to southwest afternoon winds with gusts up to 30 mph
  into the evening, then diminish overnight to less than 10 mph.

* Dry conditions will prevail the next few days with min RH starting
  around 20-25% this afternoon, dropping 17-22% Friday with poor
  overnight RH recoveries to the mid-high 40s, and poor ventilation.

* Dry conditions and breezy afternoon southwest winds will continue
  through Friday.
