...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL JEFFERSON AND
SOUTHEASTERN LEON COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM EDT...

At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles east of Tallahassee, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Tallahassee, Ralford Greenway, Apalachee Regional Park, Cody,
Miccosukee Road Greenway, Chaires Crossroads, Baum, Capitola, St.
Marks Headwaters Greenway, Chaires, Southwood, Wacissa, Lloyd,
Wacissa Springs, Tom Brown Park, Natural Bridge, and Thomas City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
