...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CASCADE COUNTY
THROUGH 315 PM MDT...

At 242 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Power to 11 miles west of
Great Falls to near Cascade. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Great Falls, Cascade, Black Eagle, Vaughn, First Peoples Buffalo Jump
State Park, and Ulm.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
