At 342 AM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated
showers, some with heavy rain north of I44 and west of highway 75
and also south of I44 and east of the Muskogee Turnpike. Movement
was to the northeast at around 20 mph. The average amount where it
rained last hour was around one tenth of an inch with maximum
amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage, and intensity
increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late
tonight and into this morning, mostly cloudy, a slight chance of
showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 74 to 79 degrees and
south winds up to 5 mph.
