showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in
Franklin county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to
10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for late this afternoon, mostly sunny, a
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 83 to 91
degrees and northeast winds up to 10 mph.
