light rain and drizzle in Arkansas west of I49. Movement was to the
southeast at around 25 mph. Radar estimated precipitation amounts
were less than a tenth of an inch last hour. Coverage increased
during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this morning,
mostly sunny, areas of dense fog with temperatures 58 to 67 degrees
and southwest winds up to 5 mph.
