At 1028 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly north of a
Tulsa to Fort Smith line. Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were
located in Creek and Osage counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation
was in the Tulsa area. Movement was to the south at around 10 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter
of an inch with maximum amounts of three to four inches. Intensity
decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for
overnight, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 78 to 87 degrees and northeast winds up to 10 mph.
