* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM this
  morning to 10 PM AKDT this evening for hot, dry, and windy
  conditions. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 11 PM
  AKDT Friday for lightning.

* LIGHTNING ACTIVITY LEVEL...2 on Thursday, 4 on Friday.

* WINDS...Southeast 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph on Thursday.
  Southwest 5 to 10 mph on Friday.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent Thursday. As low as 24 percent Friday.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the mid to upper 80s.

* IMPACTS...Rapid ignition, growth and spread of fires will be
  possible. Frequent lightning can promote new fire starts. Hot, dry,
  and windy conditions may lead to rapid spread of fires.
