...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN ARMSTRONG AND DONLEY
COUNTIES THROUGH 1100 PM CDT...

At 1007 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles east of Groom to 8 miles southeast of
Goodnight to 6 miles northeast of Vigo Park. Movement was southeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Clarendon, Howardwick, Hedley, Lelia Lake, Greenbelt Lake, and
Goodnight.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 125 and 126, and
near mile marker 129.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
