  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Grant and
  Clayton Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Minnesota...Iowa...

  Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting Vernon, La Crosse and
  Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Crawford, Clayton, Grant
  and Allamakee Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Winona and
  Buffalo Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Wabasha and Buffalo
  Counties.

  Mississippi River at Lake City affecting Wabasha, Pepin and
  Goodhue Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river rose above flood stage this morning and
    will continue rising to 17.8 feet Tuesday, July 02.
    Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.2 feet on 09/29/2016.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at La Crosse.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins to threaten homes in the
  Shore Acres area. Water begins to impact homes and businesses
  along La Fond Avenue and Bainbridge Street on French Island. Water
  begins to go over the road at Copeland Park with some water into
  the ball parks. Water is near the bottom of the Pettibone Beach
  shelter and water is nearly over the road at Houska Park near the
  wastewater treatment plant. Water also begins to spread into
  Riverside Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 13.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest around
    14.0 feet this evening. Additional rises are possible later
    this week with additional rainfall.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.0 feet on 04/08/1986.

FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lake City.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs and some
  residential sections near the river are evacuated. Water and Sewer
  service is turned off along Central Point Road. In Wisconsin,
  structures on Barney`s Point are inacessible due to inundated
  access route. Stockholm Village Park is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Thursday evening and continue rising to a crest of 17.1 feet
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.1 feet on 04/25/1979.
