Showers and thunderstorms will spread across much of the region
during the day through tonight. A few severe thunderstorms are
possible during this time period, mainly across southern and
eastern parts of the region. High temperatures this afternoon
will be in the 60s and 70s. Periods of heavy rain today and
tonight could also lead to some localized flooding across the
region.

A generally active pattern lingers through much of the week, with
daily chances for showers and thunderstorms. Highs will range
from the 60s west and north, to the upper 80s and lower 90s
southeast through the middle of the week. Overnight lows will
cool to the 40s and 50s, with some upper 30s in portions of the
western Dakotas and eastern Montana Tuesday night.
