.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure centered over the central to
northwest Gulf of Mexico will produce light to moderate
southeasterly winds and low to moderate seas along the Lower
Texas Coast through the forecast. Isolated to scattered showers
and thunderstorms are possible today and could result in locally
enhanced winds and seas.
