Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-141515- 941 PM CDT Thu Jun 13 2024 .SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the northern Gulf of Mexico will continue to provide favorable marine conditions through Sunday. A potential tropical low pressure area could form over the Bay of Campeche late Sunday and early next week which may cause a strengthening pressure gradient across the southwest Gulf. Main impact for mariners along the lower Texas coast looks to be increasing swells and thunderstorms.
