Scattered severe thunderstorms with localized damaging wind gusts,
large hail, frequent lightning and heavy rainfall are expected for
Saturday afternoon into the evening hours.

Isolated and generally brief tornadoes could accompany the stronger
individual thunderstorms that develop, especially across Central and
Northwestern Pennsylvania Saturday afternoon and early Saturday evening.
