This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A Heat Advisory is in effect for Graham and Norton counties for heat
indices up to 106 degrees.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible through sunset for locations
south of a line from Norton to Oakley to Wallace and Leoti. If
thunderstorms develop, they could become severe with the primary
hazard being strong outflow winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

Wednesday and Thursday will see thunderstorms move through the area
from the west during the late afternoon through overnight hours.
Large hail will be the primary hazard initially before turning into
a damaging wind threat. Locally excessive rainfall may also accompany
the thunderstorms.
