This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Thunderstorms are forecast to move off the Colorado front range and
into far eastern Colorado by 9 PM MDT, continuing east toward Highway
27 close to 12 AM MDT. A few thunderstorms could become severe with
large hail, damaging winds and locally excessive rainfall. The threat
for severe weather decreases as the thunderstorms continue moving
east across the remainder of the area overnight with the hazards
becoming locally excessive rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

Scattered thunderstorms are forecast to develop Thursday afternoon
with large hail, damaging winds and torrential rainfall the primary
threats. Some tornado potential may be possible during the early
evening hours. Localized instances of flooding is also possible.

Continued threat Friday for strong to potentially severe thunderstorms
across the area.
