In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 7 PM EDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from noon today to 3 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
