The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1033 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 44 nm east of Atlantic Beach to 34 nm east of Palm
  Valley to 23 nm northeast of Guana River State Park, moving south
  at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Tournament Reef, Casablanca Reef, and Navy Drydock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
