Through 6 pm, decaying showers and thunderstorms will move into the outer Gulf waters near D Tower as well as the Bayside waters near Cape Sable. These storms are moving southwest to west at 10 to 15 knots and will be capable of blinding downpours with reduced visbility, bouts of frequent lightning, and wind gusts to near 25 knots. $$
