COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM CDT...

At 136 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles northwest of Glasgow to 11 miles east
of Plum Springs to near Scottsville to 7 miles northeast of Portland.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Glasgow, Scottsville, Three Springs, Monroe, Horse Cave, Cave City,
Park City, Fountain Run, Three Forks, and Haywood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Louisville.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
south central and central Kentucky.
