including the following area, Crittenden, North Mississippi,
including the following areas, DeSoto and Marshall, and West
Tennessee, including the following areas, Fayette and Shelby.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
