If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...RH will be high Tuesday afternoon for the start of this prescribed burn with forecast values around 85 percent. However, this is sort of a tricky area near the river with RH values dropping down significantly (~60%) away from the river. That said, still high RH values expected in the afternoon with values quickly approaching 95+ percent after daytime heating. Winds are expected to be out of the northwest with speeds dropping significantly after sunset. Lastly, expecting a strong inversion around this area in the afternoon, so smoke may disperse poorly in the lower levels as the top of the inversion could be around 700-1000 feet in the afternoon. .TUESDAY...
