.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E from near Cape
Lookout will move N away from the area as a warm front today.
High pressure over the central Atlantic will extend a ridge W
across the waters through Mon. A cold front will approach the
northern waters late Mon, then stall along 31N Tue night through
Wed night.
