.DISCUSSION...The air mass is very dry--both at the surface and aloft.
A cold front is making its way across south central Washington, and
the light winds early this morning will increase from the northwest after
1000 PDT.  The strongest winds will occur between 3 PM to 8 PM. Winds will
diminish overnight and will be relatively light on Monday.  Today will be
cooler than yesterday, but the RHs will remain low.
