.DISCUSSION...A dry cold front is pushing across Oregon with the frontal
passage at the fire between 1100-1300 PDT.  It`s main influence of wind
shifts and increasing speeds will be along the ridgetops, as winds along
the Deschutes River are not expected to be as significant.  It will be
cooler today compared to yesterday, but the RHs remain low.  Winds
will decrease overnight, and Monday will be cooler with higher humidity
and less wind.
