.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected through the period.
A cold front is will cross the region tonight and winds are expected
to increase by morning.  Winds will further increase through the
day on Sunday before decreasing Sunday night.

The combination of the gusty winds and low relative humidity has
prompted the issuance of a red flag warning.  Winds on Sunday could
gust as high as 30 mph.  Winds will subside sunday night and will be
light on Monday.  MIN RH values will generally be 15 to 20 percent with
good overnight recoveries.
