.DISCUSSION...An upper level system will bring breezy conditions
across the fire line Monday afternoon and through the evening with
sustained winds of 5 to 7 mph and gusts nearing 16 mph out of the
northwest. Winds will calm overnight to light before picking up
again during the day Tuesday between 5 to 8 mph. Temperatures
will hover in the low to mid 80s with daytime RH values in the
poor range between 20-30% with excellent overnight recoveries
in the mid to upper 90%.
