Increased southwest winds and low humidity Wednesday afternoon will yield a
few hours of elevated to locally critical conditions from NE California
into NW Nevada. Otherwise, anticipate warm and dry conditions, light
afternoon breezes, and poor to moderate overnight recoveries this week.
