...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL BEAVERHEAD COUNTY
THROUGH 845 PM MDT...

At 816 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Jackson and along S-278, or 29 miles northeast of Salmon, moving
east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Jackson and Polaris.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building as lightning
has been occurring with this thunderstorm.
