...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN JEFFERSON...NORTHEASTERN SHAWNEE AND NORTHWESTERN
DOUGLAS COUNTIES...

At 738 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles southwest of Perry Lake to 3 miles north of
Clinton Lake to near Pomona, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Northeastern Topeka, Tecumseh, Perry, Lecompton, and Grantville.

This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 180 and 195.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
