.DISCUSSION...
A pattern change begins Tuesday with increasing southwest winds.
Minimum RH values between 25 and 30 percent will combine with
the southwest winds and warm temperatures to produce critical
fire weather conditions, as such a Red Flag Warning has been
issued. Minimum RH values improve on Wednesday and temperatures
will cool. Isolated thunderstorms possible Tuesday afternoon
and evening. Increasing wetting rain chances expected for the
latter half of the week.
