.DISCUSSION...A shortwave trough aloft will bring numerous showers and widely
scattered thunderstorms to the area this afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms
will come from the east and rainfall may be briefly heavy in showers and
thunderstorms. Friday will be nearly a repeat of today before high pressure
moves over the area on Friday night. Winds will be mainly out of the north
through early next week.
