Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
907 PM CDT Thu Jun 20 2024

Mostly cloudy skies and calm conditions prevailed across the
forecast area during the late evening as a low to mid-level cloud
deck hovered across northeast Wisconsin. Light rain was reported
near Merrill and Wausau. 9 PM temperatures ranged from the upper
50s across the far northeast near the UP border to the upper 60s
in the Fox Valley.

A warm front will begin to slowly lift north overnight into
Friday morning, bringing additional chances for showers and
storms to the forecast area. Otherwise, expect overcast skies
with low temperatures in the mid 50s across the Northwoods to 60
in the Fox Valley.

Periods of heavy rain will be possible Friday afternoon as a warm
front lifts north, which may lead to ponding on roads paired with
periods of lower visibility. High temperatures on Friday are
expected to range from the mid 60s in north-central Wisconsin to
the mid 70s in central Wisconsin.
