Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
601 AM EDT Tue Jun 25 2024

.DISCUSSION...The heat will build back across eastern Kentucky today
as high Pressure drifts off to our east and allows a hotter and
more humid air mass to return. Rain chances return tonight to
locations near and north of I-64, before more widespread rain
chances return on Wednesday with the arrival of the next cold
front. Some of the Storms could produce strong to damaging wind
gusts. Cooler air briefly returns behind the cold front on
Thursday, before heat again builds late in the week.
